Dr. ⁠Martine Derivry (University of Bordeaux) 

Dr. Martine Derivry is a professor of applied linguistics at the University of Bordeaux, France. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Research Department ECOr - LACES (EA 7437). Her academic work engages deeply with issues surrounding native and non-native speaker teachers, language and cultural ideologies, plurilingualism and pluriculturalism, bi/plurilingual education, and the development of the intercultural speaker and active citizenship. Dr. Derivry’s scholarship reflects a commitment to fostering inclusive and reflective language education practices in increasingly diverse sociolinguistic contexts. 

 

 

 

Dr. ⁠Sailaja Nandigama (BITS Pilani) 

Dr. Sailaja Nandigama is an Associate Professor of Development Studies and Political Science at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (Erasmus University of Rotterdam), The Hague, Netherlands, and a Bachelor's degree in History and English Literature from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Her academic journey includes appointments at premier institutions such as the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Hyderabad, and a post-doctoral fellowship at Wageningen University, Netherlands. Dr. Nandigama’s research focuses on critical intersections of development, policy, gender, and environmental governance.

 

 

Dr. Tanya Mander (NLU Patiala) 

Dr. Tanya Mander brings over 15 years of academic experience in teaching English Literature and Language to law students. She is known for her interdisciplinary approach, examining the interplay between literature and critical literary theories while drawing connections between artistic narratives and societal realities. Her research encompasses Contemporary British Theatre, Dystopian Literature, Gender Studies, and Literary Theory. Dr. Mander has contributed significantly to academic discourse, with 15 research publications in reputed international and national peer-reviewed journals, including those listed under UGC-CARE.

 

Dr. Aniket Nandan (NLSIU Bangalore) 

Dr. Aniket Nandan is an assistant professor of sociology at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is also Co-director of the Centre for the Study of Social Inclusion at NLSIU, Bangalore. His present research focuses on the questions of caste and identity formation vis-à-vis modern-secular democracy, neo-liberal market, and social policy in India. His research also ventures into the questions of inclusive development, citizenship, sovereignty, and bureaucracy intrinsic to the modern state.
